Summary: In order to restructure and reset our salary schedules to be more competitive in both retaining and hiring our MDUSD managers, administrators, and confidential employees, staff is recommending the attached restructuring of both the DMA and DMA confidential salary schedules.

2024/25 fiscal impact: $2,166,049
