On March 9, 2020, the Board awarded Bid 1855, 2020 Roof Package #2 at Pleasant Hill Elementary School, Strandwood Elementary School and Valhalla Elementary School, to Best Contracting Services Inc., in the amount of $1,998,000 to replace and repair roofs. The contractor has completed all work under Bid 1855/C1855 and the District is requesting approval of issuance of Notice of Completion to be filed with the County. Original Contract Value: $1,998,000 Change Order Additive: $55,062.32 Final Contract Value: $2,053,062.32
