Bid No. 1682 was called to provide Building E Window Replacement at College Park High School. The lowest responsible, responsive bidder is Home Tech Remodeling, Inc., for the bid award amount of $95,400.00.The scope of work included, but was not limited to: replacement in kind of the exterior window system at Building E (42 windows.)There was a change order in the amount of $1,152.20. Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $96,552.20.
