Summary:

The Board may discuss negotiations or provide direction to its representatives regarding represented employees, pursuant to EERA (Govt. Code Section 3549.1) Agency negotiators: Deborah Cooksey and other members of the District's bargaining team. Agencies: MDEA, CSEA, Teamsters 856, Local One CST, MDSPA, and Supervisory.
Provide staff further direction on the Board's goals and guidelines for collective bargaining including identifying and clarifying any portions of the District's proposals.
