Summary:
|
On March 11, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1862 to G & S Paving, in the amount of $325,847.00 to facilitate hardscape improvements at Meadow Home Elementary School. During construction, it was discovered that site clean-up campus wide beyond scope area needed to be removed, installed 4” storm drain line to alleviate flooding by kindergarten area, added 1100 square feet of AC to alleviate several smaller issues, and added 40 lineal feet of sidewalk along new parking lot. The final charge order will result in a contract value of $357,997.00, an increase of $32,150.00 which is an increase of 9.87% of the original contract.
