Summary: At the June 12, 2019 meeting, the Board of Education authorized Resolution No. 18/19-63 for the timely award of Summer Projects. Staff negotiated and signed a "Not to Exceed" contract to complete the required scope on June 26, 2019.

Measure C / Group I – Mechanical Upgrade - The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide engineering, comprehensive architectural design and administrative work including the DSA approval process necessary to complete 2010 Measure C, Group I, Mechanical Upgrade at Woodside Elementary School.

The other projects listed on the docket for Resolution No. 18/19-63 will be brought forward in a separate board agenda at a future date.
Funding: $86,000 Program 7615 - Measure C
Fiscal Impact $86,000, Project is within budget and no additional funds needed.
Recommendation: Approve ratification of the Award of Bids for Architectural Services to support the mechanical upgrade at Woodside Elementary School.
