Summary
:
The contract with Professional Convergence Solutions for the district phone and voicemail maintenance will expire on December 31, 2020. Staff recommends renewing the contract with Professional Convergence Solutions for the 2021 calendar year. The cost of the renewal is the same as the 2020 contract cost:
Maintenance on phone systems: $38,760.00
Maintenance on voicemail: $10,688.00
Total Cost: $49,448.00
