Summary
:
Restroom Renovation is required at (1) set of student restrooms at Bancroft Elementary in order to be ADA code compliant and to properly close out Project #01-118972 (Relocatable Classroom) with the Department of State Architect that was recently completed. District requested proposals from pre-approved contractors and Hung Construction Builder Inc. was determined to be the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
