Summary
:
Non Public Agencies (NPA) are used by Special Education in the provision of specialized health care services. Services include diabetic monitoring, cathetherizations, and other medically prescribed procedures. NPA's assist the District in assuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. These services are provided across the district and at multiple sites outside of district boundaries. The attached NPA contract provides for the costs required for the 2015-2016 school year and 2015 ESY.
