Summary:

Competitive procurement was conducted in accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) approved by Board Resolution #18/19-33 for Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1851 for new accessible parking and bleacher access at Mt. Diablo High School. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for the modification of existing parking, ADA path to bleachers, fire truck access hammerhead and walk paths. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount only. The project received five (5) bid packages that were received on April 29, 2020 and DRT Grading and Paving, Inc., is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
