Summary:

On August 26, 2019, the Board approved the Final Change Order for Bid 1800B Phase II for Hung Construction Builders, Inc., in the amount of $3,812.38 for added scope assigned during construction. After approval, staff identified an error in the submitted change order and the correct amount of added scope was $5,596.65.
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $731,596.65, an increase of $5,596.65 which is an increase of 0.77% of the original contract.
