:
The Governing Board will review and potentially approve a contract for legal services to be provided by Leone & Alberts. The aforementioned firm will be added to the list of firms with which the District contracts for legal advice and representation in litigation. Leone & Alberts has extensive skill and expertise in employemnt litigation, governance, complex litigation and other school related matters that would benefit the District.
