Summary:
|
Mt. Diablo Adult Education requests permission to amend its existing, previously approved, independent service contract with Trudie Giordano (PO 105406) as Consortium Manager for the Contra Costa County Adult Education Consortium (CCCAEC). This increase is for additional needed services, specifically multiple State-required/recommended meetings, both regional and State-wide, at which Consortia are to be represented by Directors, Consortium Managers, and other Consortia leadership.
The contract would be increased by $7,000.00, for a new maximum not to exceed $77,000.00, to be funded by the CCCAEC for needed additional services through the end of the contract period, 6/30/2017.
