Summary:
|
On April 22, 2019, the Board of Education awarded Fixed Asset Inventory Audit and Reporting to Associated Valuation Services, Inc., for a contract value of $274,992, to conduct one-time counts, auditing and documentation of all fixed assets.
During the audit process, 5,093 additional Chromebooks and tablets (Beyond the initial 22,000 units contracted) and 1,542 additional laptops (Over $500) (Beyond the initial 1,275 contracted) were discovered. Therefore, it is necessary to issue a single, additive change order in the amount of $39,810. This change order will increase the original contract value of $274,992 to a revised, final value of $314,802.
