Summary:
|
Staff is requesting additional funding on the current contract for HopSkipDrive, Inc. to provide the District with the required number of appropriately licensed/permitted vehicles, administrative and support staff, facilities, special equipment and supplies for transporting special education students to and from school sites within surrounding areas, at such time and places as assigned by the District. The contractor shall also include transportation to and from student related services and other school activities as specified in the students IEP. This amendment will also extend the expiration date by two (2) days to include transportation for the Extended School Year (ESY) 2021. ESY ends on July 2, 2021.
This will increase the contract from $10,000.00 to $40,000.00 and extend the contract term to July 2, 2021.
