Summary:
|
On December 17, 2018, the District executed a 36-month lease for two (2) standard DSA-approved classroom housing units (24x40) and one (1) (36x40) at Northgate High School.
At this time, Northgate High School desires to extend the lease agreements for three classroom buildings thru June 30, 2024, an additional three (3) years. Per current DSA guidelines, the District must request authorization for the buildings to remain on site additional years.
To accommodate site needs, Staff has negotiated Three-Year Contract Addendums, dated June 10, 2021, to continue leasing the three units, Buildings ID # 31188, # 40898, and # 76267 located at Northgate High School.
