Summary:
|
The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide planning, design, engineering, and installation pathway lighting to provide egress lighting from the concession building to the stairway leaving to the main parking lot, as well as additional lighting at the main parking lot for site safety at College Park High School.
Staff negotiated a proposal in the amount of $11,025.00 to be awarded to Salas O'Brien for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for completion of the proposed project.
