Summary:
|
Fiscal is requesting additional funding on the current $10,000 contract for Robert Half International Inc. to provide appropriately trained temporary support in a number of departments, including fiscal and purchasing. Due to ongoing unfilled staff vacancies and staff taking extended leaves due to COVID-19, the fiscal and purchasing departments have been hard hit and the work of the departments needs to continue. Robert Half International Inc. is able to provide accountants, buyers, payroll staff, account clerks, and other highly skilled staff.

Unrestricted General Departmental Funds to be utilized between program codes 50320, 50340, and 50540. Already budgeted no additional funds needed.

The original contract amount between MDUSD and Robert Half International Inc. was for $10,000. The requested increase is for an additional $30,000.

Recommendation:
