Summary:

Mt. Diablo Unified School District BID #1861 Site Adapt for Relocatable Building and Adult Education Modular Building, pursuant to PCC §20111.6. The scope included site preparation including grading, trenching, fencing, fire alarm installation, asphalt, and concrete paving for two buildings at Cambridge Elementary School Campus. Four (4) Proposals packages were received on April 7, 2020 and Cescorp dba Cal Elite Builders is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. In addition to the base bid, an additive allowance of up to $100,000 was added for site lighting egress.
