Summary:
|
During the Fiscal Department reorganization, two positions were eliminated and approved by the Board at the April 27, 2020 for Particular Kinds of Service elimination. The reorganization called for elimination of two classified positions and the creation of a new classified position - Accounting Technician. The new position is designed to assist with attendance of both students and staff and will assist with articulation between the Human Resource and Fiscal Departments. The board approved the elimination of two positions for a savings of $203,367 and the new position has a budget impact of $69,278. The net savings is $134,089.
