On May 13, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1840 to Anthem Builders, Inc., in the amount of $425,114 to construct the Building Demolition and Pad Prep Food Service Warehouse Project. The contractor has completed all work under Bid 1840 and the District is requesting approval of issuance of Notice of Completion to be filed with the County.
