Summary:
|
Mt. Diablo High School's American Sign Language Class is requesting permission to travel to Anaheim, CA, February 13-17, 2020 to interpret performances at Disneyland. When each performance is concluded, the students will meet the interpreters and discuss the nature of their work, inquire why certain signs were used in specific situation and find out the requirements to become an interpreter. Group will travel by chartered bus and stay in a local hotel.

Fundraising and donations. Most expenses will be paid out of Mt. Diablo's Community Donations account: 355-39680. Hotel expenses will be paid by Mt. Diablo's Site Council and were approved at the 10-8-19 meeting.
