Summary: On June 24, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1847 to Meehleis Modular Buildings, Inc., in the amount of $5,621,636.27 to construct the Food Service Warehouse at the Maintenance and Operations Complex. The contractor has completed all work under Bid 1847 and the District is requesting approval of issuance of Notice of Completion to be filed with the County.

Change Order Additive: $211,166.84
Final Contract Value: $5,832,803.11
Funding: Measure C and Measure A Funding
Fiscal Impact No additional funds requested – the project total is within budget.
