Summary:

In January 2020 the State Allocation Board authorized an increase in the maximum Level Number One fee per square foot for residential and commercial construction. in order to increase fees, the district must complete a fee justification study. Cooperative Strategies, LLC has completed prior studies for the district and we plan to use them again.
