Summary:
|
Bid No. 1712/C-933 was called to provide Painting at Concord High School. The lowest responsive bidder was Seven Island Painting, Inc. for the bid award amount of $129,000.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: surface preparation and painting of the exterior of all buildings and the interior of the multi-use room, with the exception of the following areas: all brick areas, the "Concord High" mural on the big gym, all roofs, all gutter trim on the 900 wing and the new mini gym. There was an additive change order on this project in the amount of $13,500.00. Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $142,500.00.
