Summary:

Purchase (40) forty Cres Cor Mobile Heated Cabinets in the 2021-2022 school year with vendor, East Bay Restaurant Supply. Food & Nutrition Services staff is requesting $114,798.50 for the need for additional heated cabinets to address the reopening of schools. The USDA has approved waivers in the 2021-2022 school year, which allow all students are offered a breakfast and lunch at "no cost". The Cres Cor Mobile Heated Cabinets will support more meals to be served then present capacity in school site kitchens.
