Summary: Mt. Diablo Unified School District requested bids for landscaping of three schools, Mt. Diablo High, Oak Grove Middle, and Sun Terrace Elementary pursuant to PCC § 20111.6. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: clear and grubbing, irrigation, planting, and pathway improvements. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount only. The project has four (4) bid packages that were received on November 24, 2020 and the Bid from Suarez & Muñoz Construction, Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
