Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1855 2020 Roof Package #2 requested for roof renovations at Pleasant Hill Elementary School, Strandwood Elementary School and Valhalla Elementary School pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope included the replacement and refurbishment of school roofs. The project requested both hot application and cold application pricing. The District resolved to use the hot applied based bid. Six (6) bid packages were received on February 27, 2020 and Waterproofing Associates, Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
