Concord High School is requesting board approval of the attached Independent Contract with Events to the 'T', Inc. for $38,000 for the Junior/Senior Ball planned for May 21, 2016 on Treasure Island.

Funding:

Funds will be held in Concord High School's Associated Student Body Account #100-35. Ticket prices run approximately $75.00. No student has been denied access in the past as they fundraise for students that can't afford the ticket price.
