Bid No. 1698 was called to provide hardscape repairs at Bel Air Elementary, Rio Vista Elementary, Riverview Middle School, Shore Acres Elementary, Concord High School, Mt. Diablo High School, Oak Grove Middle School, College Park High School, and Ygnacio Valley High School. The lowest responsible bidder was Bobo Construction, Inc. for the bid award amount of $1,154,000.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: miscellaneous hardscape repairs to various schools. Contractor to provide all tools, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the repairs.
There was a deductive change order on this project in the amount of $140,715.00. Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $1,013,285.00.
