Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1865 requested for Exterior Painting Improvements at Mt Diablo Elementary School, Pine Hollow Middle School, and Fair Oaks Elementary School pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for the painting improvements. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount only. The project has fifteen (15) bid packages that were received on April 30, 2020 , one package was disqualified, and one was nonresponsive. Athens Painting and Commercial Coatings, Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
