Summary: Bid 1717 was called to provide roof replacement at Mt. View Elementary, Sequoia Elementary, Foothill Middle School, and Valley View Middle School. The lowest responsible bidder was Best Contracting Services, Inc. for the bid award amount of $885,423.00. The scope of work included, but was not limited to: all labor, materials and equipment to provide the roofing replacement at various sites.

There was a deductive change order on this project in the amount of $182,060.00. Services for this project have been satisfactorily completed for a total expenditure of $703,363.00.
