Summary: Food and Nutrition Services request approval to issue an open Purchase Order to Hayes Distribution for the purchase of food and beverages for meal programs in district schools during the 2015-2016 school year. Purchase order not to exceed $550,000.
Funding: Cost to be covered by the Cafeteria Fund.
Fiscal Impact There is no impact to the General Fund.
Recommendation: Approve the purchase order to Hayes Distribution for the 2015-2016 school year.
