Summary: Northgate High School is requesting an increase to a previously Board approved Independent Service Contract with Events to the T for the Junior Prom on March 25 2017, as the ticket prices have increased. The new contract would be for $35,000.00 instead of the original $30,000.00
Funding: Ticket sales, parent donations and fund raising through Northgate's Associated Student Body.
Fiscal Impact $35,000 will be coded to 358 3936 49 5800/5100.
Recommendation: Approve the $5,000.00 increase to Northgate High School's Independent Services Contract with Events to the T.
