Summary: The professional services of an architect are necessary to provide planning, design, engineering, and installation of the Emergency Generator to support to Essential Infrastructure at the Central Services Complex.

Staff negotiated a contract in the amount of $22,600.00 to be awarded to PHd Architects for comprehensive engineering, design and contract administration services necessary for completion of the proposed project.
