Summary:
Staff seeks to revise the current job descriptions for Human Resources Assistant II.

Due to the need to continue to create a department structure that is less isolated between positions and to allow for a stronger department with more overlapping skills, cross-training and duties, staff is recommending these changes for action.

Human Resources 50500  
Fiscal Impact:
No change in salary for position. Salary ranges for the position will remain the same. District cost will slightly increase by approximately $12,000 as staff move into higher level II position.
