Summary:
Background: The attached change order summary list and backup documents describe (1) scope change to BID 1863 Hardscape Improvements at Various Sites, 2020. The MDUSD Construction Manager and District Administration have reviewed the request. The work has been authorized for the aforementioned COR.

Current Consideration: Ratification of the COR authorization of the addition of the approved amount to the original contract. The contractor may bill for the additional work once approved by the board as the scope has been verified as complete.

Fiscal Impact: The total cost of the COR is an increase of $2,819.00. This is a 0.48% increase to the original contract. The project is funded by Measure C General Obligation Bond and no additional funding is necessary.
