By utilizing procedures outlined in CUPCCAA (Public Contract Code, Section 22000 et seq.), District staff requested proposals from approved vendors for labor and material to complete the Window Covering Installation that was previously identified as part of the Measure C High School Enhancement II site specific scope. ABC School Equipment Inc., provided the lowest, responsible proposal.
