Summary
:
County warrants issued to Elizabeth Austin were not presented to the county Treasurer for payment within six months of date of issue and consequently void (void on12/26/2016 and 1/02/2018). Replacement is limited to 2 years from the date warrant was stale dated as per Government Code 29802, unless the Board directs the warrant to be reissued. A new warrant is requested to be issued to the payee in replacement for the void warrant.
