Summary:
The Governing Board of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District must advise the County Registrar how the winner will be determined in the event of a tie vote in the November 3, 2020 election. The Board must also specify rules for candidates' statements. A resolution is presented which states that a tie vote will be determined "by lot" and that candidates will pay for their own statements (maximum of 250 words).
