Summary:
On September 12, 2018, the Board of Education awarded a design service contract to PHd Architects, Inc. for a $310,000.00 for design and administrative services necessary to complete the Food Service Central Warehouse Facilities Modernization. Amendment #1 was approved by the Board on October 22, 2018 for additional scope to add design of a new 2-story Office building to house the Food and Nutrition Services Department and Transportation Departments staff in the amount of $55,000.00. Amendment #2 was approved by the Board on August 12, 2019 for additional extensive scope change direction given to the architect in the amount $29,000.00.

The proposed contract amendment will increase the previously approved contract and amendments from $394,000.00 to the revised contract value of $418,870.00 ($19,870.00 for additional design service plus a NTE $5,000 Allowance for reimbursables.)
