Summary:

Mt. Diablo Unified continues to explore ways to engage and empower parents/families in our schools. The contract with Nichols Strategies: Public Relations & Management will include an analysis of all documents, emails, reports and surveys impacting communication objectives; an audit of the District website and newsletter to determine strengths and opportunities; developing and conducting professional development for District administrators on effective communication strategies for implementation at the local school level; and to develop an action plan on enhancing educational partner engagement through the district website and newsletter.
