Summary
:
This brought to the Governing Board for the consideration of Resolution 21/22-49, Authorizing a District Wide Design-Build Energy Services Project, and Proposal. Schneider will be presenting to the Board their presentation which outlines the scope of this potential project.
California Government Code 4217 requires that a public hearing be held during a regularly scheduled Governing Board meeting before the approval and adoption of resolution 21-22.49. The two week public notice required for the Public Hearing was published on January 18th & 24th 2022 in accordance with Government Code 4217.This code allows the District to select an Energy Services contractor on Best-Value, and also allows a special waiver of the formal bidding process as an Energy Service project.
