Summary
:
The Contra Costa Water District will present an upcoming Fire Service Improvements where the equipment is located at Strandwood Elementary at both Gladys Drive and Eloise Avenue in Pleasant Hill. The scope will include the relocation of existing fire service and a hydrant by Gladys Drive entrance and an additional hydrant on Eloise Avenue and a meter relocation. The relocation and addition will improve fire safety and coverage in addition to better access. Work will be restricted to Mid-June to Mid-August to reduce impact to the site. The Easement Agreement is attached for review and has been sent to the Legal Department for execution.
