Summary:
|
Current law (Education Code section 42132) requires that the governing board of each school district adopt a resolution to identify the appropriations limit for the district for the preceding fiscal year. School districts complete these calculations to identify the amount of state aid that counts toward the local agency's Gann Limit, so that the State of California knows how much state aid counts toward its own Gann limit. Mt. Diablo Unified School District is within its limit.
