Dr. Sara Rice Schiff Ph.D. is a provider of independent educational evaluations on behalf of Mt. Diablo Unified School District's special education program. These evaluations are requested when there is a dispute over the findings of a district conducted special education evaluation. Additional funds in the amount of $9,600 are requested to cover one new referral for independent evaluation.
