Mt. Diablo Unified School District partners with California School Board Association (CSBA) on district policies to reflect current state and federal law. MDUSD has renumbered the conflict of interest policy, which previously was duplicated as Board Policy 2310 and Board Bylaw 9270 and realigned it as a Board Bylaw only. This item was brought for review on October 13, 2021 and is being brought back for approval. The original item included Resolution 21-22 (30), which upon further review is not required and has been removed.
