Summary: At the March 12, 2025 meeting, the Board of Education approved the Piggyback Contracts of School Playground Equipment and Accessories with related services per SOURCEWELL CONTRACT 010521-LTS with PlayPower, Inc. At that time, staff underestimated the amount needed for the specific line items for Miscellaneous Parts Purchase Ability. The change order will allow to procure the parts necessary to ensure our TK/Kinder Play Structures return to compliance after a recent code upgrade, by August 2025.

Fiscal Impact Increase of $63,191.96 to bring total to $307,349.53
Recommendation: Move to approve the increase to purchase order for School Playground Equipment and Accessories with Related Services per SOURCEWELL CONTRACT 010521-LTS with PlayPower, Inc.
