Summary: The Board completed the evaluation of the Superintendent June 2021. The Board President and legal counsel have completed negotiations with the Superintendent on a first amendment to his Employment Agreement. The changes are presented for Board approval. The recommendation is to extend the Employment Agreement to June 30, 2024 at the current rate of compensation.
