motion 'Approve the expulsion of Student #06-16 from all regular schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #06-16 may apply for readmission after December 7, 2016. It is required that Student #06-16 must present evidence of: participation in 20 hours of individual counseling to address drugs and decision making skills, serve 30 hours of community service, attend the California Offender Program Services (COPS) for Alcohol/Drug offenders; attend MDUSD’s Alcohol/Drug Workshop; submit proof of negative drug test and show evidence of a successful school experience to include good attendance, no suspendible behavior infractions, a minimum of a C average, and earn 40 credits to graduate.
